We strongly encourage you to promote your participation in the Show. Premarketing is key to a successful Show. To further enhance your participation, we offer you complimentary promotional mailing materials. Additional information regarding these programs will be detailed in the promotional campaign which will be sent to you after you send in your deposit to secure your booth space later this spring.

MOST WANTED BUYER PROGRAM
Give us a list of four valuable retailers that you feel should be visiting the New York Gift Cash & Carry® Show, and GLM's Buyers Services Representative will extend a personal invitation!

FREE PROMOTIONAL POSTCARDS
We will provide you through a bonded mail house with promotional postcards that advertise YOUR company. The postcards can be mailed to the Show buyers reminding them of your company, booth number and dates of the Show. You may also upload your own postcard or Magjak publishing can also create a postcard with your image on it.  You may also upload your own buyer list or purchase labels from our buyer file at a cost of 20 cents a label. Please note that there is also the cost of postage associated with this service.

SHOW SPECIALS & NEW PRODUCTS
Want to draw more traffic to your booth? Offer a show special to buyers at the New York Gift Cash & Carry® Show. Do you have a new product to show at NYGCAC? If so, you will be listed in a special section of the website and also receive a special logo on your booth sign!

PUBLIC RELATIONS/PUBLICITY

A good way to gain attention for your product is to let the industry press know about you before the show.  You can inform the press about your company and its products by sending them a press kit.

In addition, you should have a press kit ready for any members of the press who are intested in obtaining more information about your company, its products and sometimes company founders and/or designers.  Have them available in your booth and also place them in the Show Office.  GLM recommends that you bring 25-30 press kits to the show with you.  10 copies should be placed in the show office; the remaining kits stay with you in your booth.
